Emergency Eye Care
I practice in a small town because it lets me take real, personal care of my patients — including handling emergencies in the middle of the night when needed. The most common emergencies I see are corneal abrasions and metal in the eye.
Most rural ERs aren’t equipped to handle eye problems, so I want my patients to have my personal cell phone number. You can reach me anytime, day or night, if you have a true eye emergency.
An after-hours charge applies, but please don’t hesitate to call if it’s an emergency — your eyes are worth it.
